History
Founder and manager of the company is Mr. Ognyan Kostadinov, Ph.D. - who has graduated Navigation at “N.Vaptsarov”Naval Academy- Varna in 1982, also successfully passed the qualification examinations for membership at the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers-London in 2004. His Nautical and Shipping education combined with over 39 years experience both at sea - as Navigational Officer and Tugboat Master, also on the shore - as Commercial Ship operator, Chartering Shipbroker, Ship Agent, Port terminal CEO, etc, together with his dedication to Maritime business contribute to the strong company performance especially in the field of our ship chartering services.
Mr. Kostadinov is a guest lecturer at the Economic University of Varna and his subjects are Dry Cargo Chartering, Port Agency and Port Management. Also he is member of Connecticut Maritime Association – Stamford, USA
About the company
The strongest side of the company is ship chartering for general and bulk cargoes including preparation of Charter parties.
As charterers agents we arrange transportation of goods by sea for Bulgarian traders who export or import their commodities from/to Bulgarian sea and river ports.
Our work is with focus on doing good business only, that’s why we always work with reputable charterers, shipowners and shipbrokers, and in this way all parties profit from the business.
During last 10 years we have served as Charterers Agent to Bulgarian reputable companies by assisting for employment suitable vessel to transport their import and export cargoes. For this reason we have established good relations with several reputable West European Shipowners.
